Pedro Pinto: Can you believe there is 13 months left, I think 410 days left for the Olympics, an important occasion today with the torch bearing announcement with Samsung. Tell me about your nominee and how important it is for you to be associated with this count down?
David Beckham: Well obviously first off, it’s great to be here. From being in Singapore for the announcement and seeing the elation between the team, of all the hard work come together and for us to get the Olym-pics in our country, not alone just in our country, but somewhere where we both grew up in London. ….
Pedro Pinto: Without counting football, top three sports or top three sports people you are looking forward to seeing in the Olympics?
David Beckham: I think Usain Bolt, of course everyone is excited to see him, he’s such a great athlete and so quick of course. Tom Daley, such a great talent from our country at such a young age to be reckoned with, the best in the world is something that we’re all proud of. Jessica Ennis, absolutely stunning athlete, someone that is going make us really proud and there’s many more as well…
